Democrats have to learn about every-day people across the Nation! The media also need to pay more attention to the same people!

democrat here in red OKLAHOMA and Steve couldn't be more right. There are plenty of people who identify as independent and dont like either party but because everything around them is republican they just vote republican. Democrats NEED to get their message out and let these people know how that they are the only party acting in good faith and working for a better democracy and not trying to tear it down like the GOP

Amen man, amen. Grew up on the edge of suburban/rural. The drop off was pretty severe aside from my school district, Franklin Regional, borders Allegheny County, (Pittsburgh Area), and was/is affluent and Republican. Wake up call, Westmoreland County Pa was a purple place recently and over a decade ago was somehow a Democratic stronghold for half a century. Gerrymandering is bad, however if you don't get out there, or go further and say its not worth the resources, then come on over to the private sector pal because your future working for a shrinking party may as well be a sinking ship folks.

I told the Virginia Democratic challengers to go to Southwest Virginia. Painful and Trump signs/flags still up but they gotta go talk to these individuals. The challengers came the last two weeks of the campaign. Too late.

We need to change laws ASAP to prevent another Trump. We need to limit presidential power. Pardons should be made illegal as they allow a criminal president to encourage his lackeys to commit crimes on his/her behalf. That's just the

Whichever party gets rid of the dirty money and starts representing the will of the people will find itself "inexplicably" winning, apparently. It's amazing how thoroughly they avoid that ONE subject but dance on EVERY possible issue around it besides the lobbying.
