Mollies are absolutely some of my favorite fish. They’re always grazing and self-replacing. I am excited to see them in a salt water environment

The "dead crab" actually just looks like a molt, since the eyes are transparent and the shell is translucent :) Did it smell bad?

Gotta say the ability to bring all of this together is insane the fact there are so many plants corals and live creatures all living in a balance is amazing

You only cut off the bloom spikes once they brown. You can often get a smaller rebloom on phals. Sometimes a spike will brown half way down and then bloom on the smaller spike that's left over.

This is an epic aquarium. I'm usually more of a freshwater guy but what you've done with the macroalgea and the plants growing out the top makes this super unique and beautiful. Love it!

Such an incredible idea. Sailfins were definitely the best choice. I've always been curious about this process since I saw GARF doing this. Very excited to see the progress.

I've always heard of this but cool to see someone actually do it

I’ve had Mollys several times in my tanks. They are amazing at what you’re wanting them to do. I’ve had trouble keeping them long term. Mine have unfortunately always had a tragic end involving getting stung by corals/anemones and then getting snagged by my clean up crew. My issue is my tank is just too small for them with the other species I have there. But I am excited to see how things work out for yours. Sail-fins are the best! Getting true wild sail-fins is the dream. Get nice and large and the colours they have are truly stunning.

My husband who works in the 80s in Portal pets in California and one of their big Regional stores says you are doing an awesome job of keeping a saltwater tank with the coral and the Anemones the stuff that you have in it alive he says most people don't get even half as good as you've gotten congratulations and it's beautiful

Mollies are a great algae eating fish... They are not aggressive and are cheap. Beats having to put tangs and other more aggressive fish in.... It's a great idea and support it.

The wild-type mollies suit the tank so much better. Good pick

I think it's a really cool ability, i've kept mollies in brackish water for a few months now and they thrived but i recently removed them as they were stressing me out lol i love your tank and have been watching along for a while! keep it up!!

Abolutely amazed with this series! You are doing it very very good! Congrats.
The mollies addition is a good move. Not every reef keeper is aware this is possible. Well done!

I always used mollies to prime my tanks. I also like to adapt Monos to salt water tanks as well.
