Koolaire ice machine not working - water fault

Service call on a Koolaire ice machine that’s not working. Found water filters clogged. Changed filters. Adjusted the ice thickness.

Great video. I sometimes bypass 1st filter to give them a little time. Them filters aint cheap.

I have the same machine and the ice is like a block. Doesn’t seem like it wants to harvest. I purchased new water thickness and water level floats from Amazon. Made sure it was the same one by looking at the numbers on the old ones.Changed them out and it’s still doing the same thing. Any idea what else it could be? I live in a small town and don’t have a repair company within 3 hours and no one wants to come out here.

Was that counter clockwise to thicken? Sounded like you said clockwise, but it kinda looked like counter. I haven't had to change the thickness on a koolaire yet. Thanks for the video. I just got off work and now I'm watching your stuff. 👍
