Need help!

After watching this video and I decided to open up my Koolaire Ice machine Model K570 because it isn't making ice. I noticed that water was being filled and continued, but the compressor not coming on. It buzzed every few minutes, did not run. What could it be / why isn't running?

La máquina no coge agua la solenoide de entrada está buena pero al arrancar la máquina. No le llega la corriente a la solenoide el sensor de nivel de agua watrelevel es nuevo . Lo que he podido apreciar que puede ser uno de los relay de la tarjeta .el ralay #4 del que no se activa como puedo medirlo que es el de la válvula de entrada
