I feel sleepy in morning..raat ko 9 bje b so jau to agle din jldi uthna muskil hota h..hmesa se aisa nhi tha pichle 1 saal se hai...and yes i have thyroid had pcod in past.unable to loose weight and yes doctor said that i have anemia..now i am on ayurveda medicine ...

My gut health was very badly affected for nearly a month. Vomiting, stomach ache and loose motions due to food poisoning. Maybe because of milk products. Now I am ok after having anti bacterial medicine. But I feel very weak. Please suggest fast recovery solutions.
