One of the best experiences I had was going to a speech and debate camp growing up in which one of the events was impromptu speaking -- tons of fun and incredibly challenging at a younger age to start developing those valuable public speaking skills.

If someone asks a specific question it's easier, just answer it but when the general question of ''can you share a few words?" puts you on the spot then I can see deer in headlights 😳 Really great idea here broken down in simple but very tangible points.
