Όπως αναφέρουν σε έκτακτα δημοσιεύματα ξένα μέσα ενημέρωσης, η Συριακή πόλη της Παλμύρας, που βρίσκεται στην επαρχία Χομς, δέχτηκε πριν από λίγο επίθεση από πυραύλους.
Αυτό αναφέρει και το κρατικό Συριακό πρακτορείο ειδήσεων SANA, το οποίο είπε ότι τέθηκαν σε λειτουργία τα συστήματα αεραμύνας για να αναχαιτίσουν εχθρικούς πυραύλους.
Μόλις πριν από λίγο ανακοινώθηκε ότι χτυπήθηκε ένας πύργος τηλεπικοινωνιών στην Παλμύρα και πως υπάρχει ένας Σύριος στρατιώτης νεκρός και άλλοι τρεις τραυματίες.
Η επίθεση λέγεται ότι πραγματοποιήθηκε από Ισραηλινά μαχητικά αεροσκάφη, που έβαλαν από την περιοχή al-Tanf, που βρίσκεται στα σύνορα Συρίας-Ιορδανίας και Ιράκ.

According to foreign media reports, the Syrian city of Palmyra, located in the province of Homs, was recently attacked by missiles.
This is also reported by the state-run Syrian news agency SANA, which said that air defense systems were deployed to intercept "hostile missiles".
Just moments ago, it was announced that a telecommunications tower in Palmyra has been hit and that a Syrian soldier is dead and three others wounded.
The attack is said to have been carried out by Israeli fighter jets which fired from the al-Tanf area, located on the Syrian-Jordanian-Iraqi border.
