Όπως αναφέρει δημοσίευμα του Συριακού Παρατηρητηρίου Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων, πληροφορίες από ακτιβιστές του, που είναι στη Συρία, λένε ότι το ρωσικό αεροδρόμιο του Χμέιμιμ, το οποίο και βρίσκεται στη Λατάκια, δέχτηκε επίθεση από ρουκέτες.
Άμεσα, οι ρωσικές δυνάμεις, ενεργοποιήσαν τα αντιαεροπορικά συστήματα του αεροδρομίου, τα οποία απέκρουσαν την επίθεση, καταρρίπτοντας τις ρουκέτες, που με τη σειρά τους, προκάλεσαν υλικές ζημιές και φωτιά σε αγροτικές καλλιέργειες, καθώς τα φλεγόμενα υπολείμματα τους, κατέπεσαν στις γύρω περιοχές.
Μέχρι στιγμής, δεν υπάρχει καμία αναφορά για πτώση ρουκέτας εντός του αεροδρομίου, παρά μόνο για τις εκρήξεις που ακούστηκαν στον ουρανό, από την χρήση των αντιαεροπορικών συστημάτων.
Εμείς, να υπενθυμίσουμε, ότι αυτή η επίθεση, έρχεται λίγες ώρες μετά τη στόχευση ρωσικού ελικοπτέρου, από τουρκικές δυνάμεις στην περιοχή της Ταλ Ταμρ, και ενώ κινούμενος σε αντίθετη τροχιά, ο Τούρκος πρόεδρος Ταγίπ Ερντογάν, δήλωσε σε συνέντευξη που έδωσε στον Αμερικανικό τηλεοπτικό σταθμό CBS, ότι η Τουρκία θέλει να αποκτήσει και δεύτερο ρωσικό πυραυλικό σύστημα S-400.

We remind you that this attack comes a few hours after the targeting of a Russian helicopter by Turkish forces in the area of ​​Tal Tamr, and while moving in the opposite direction, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said in an interview with the US television station CBS that Turkey wants to acquire a second Russian S-400 missile system.
