Your brain never pain
The brain itself does not feel pain because it lacks pain receptors, also known as nociceptors. Pain receptors are responsible for detecting and transmitting signals of pain to the brain when other parts of the body are injured or damaged. While the brain processes pain from other areas of the body, it cannot sense pain within itself.

However, this doesn't mean the head is pain-free. The tissues and structures surrounding the brain—like the meninges (the protective layers covering the brain), blood vessels, and muscles—do have pain receptors. When these structures are irritated or inflamed, they can cause headaches or other forms of head pain. This is why conditions like migraines or tension headaches are felt in the head, even though the brain itself is not directly feeling pain.
