You just have to turn your left hand anti-clockwise slightly more on your takeaway and this will square the face up as you come through and hit the ball

I struggled with hitting a driver for years, I didn’t even keep it in my bag for a couple seasons. I never could figure out why. I always hit fairways great but just couldn’t hit driver. I finally determined it was the lie angle, but the opposite of what you’re saying. I got a driver that went very flat, once I set it here I could finally see how the club could come into the ball. I now hit draws as my stock shot and can move it both ways. It’s my favorite club in the bag, I would encourage anyone who struggles to try this alternative, drivers are far more upright in their standard setting than fairways, it’s kind of backwards. Food for thought, cheers.

Literally sold my TM R15 today because I had issues with my slice. Didn't have a clue with the upright lie was for. If only I had seen this earlier

Tried that, starting high toe-ing it which is even more deadly with the stealth+🤣🤣🤣

How about if you hook it a lot. What setting helps?

So once you’ve flipped to upright.. how does the “lower” and “higher” come into play?

Im just back to golf after 20 years. Changing my R7 quad max (yes I’m a defrosted cave man) for a stealth 2. All this tech is alien to me. I’m slicing the stealth 2 like crazy. Do you have a more detailed explanation of this? Thanks

When I line up with centre I am hooking it, I use 10, 5 Sim Max. To compensate I line up with toe and hit centre on strike.
What setting should I use?

I'll check it. I just put my old Speeder shaft in an M2 head. I hit it great indoors but then on the range my GBB Epic was clearly the better club for me still.

I had a Taylor made I killed it with about 15 years ago I carried average 285 yrds real high and pretty consistent!! Left in yard while I practiced swing Someone stole .Bastard!! But a club that really fits you can make a big differance but never been able to find one since!!

Can you do the same for the ping g425 ?

It doesn’t matter what setting you put your driver in, how far in the draw setting you move the weight, if you can’t control the club face and are coming across it with an open face you’re still going to slice it. Fix your technique first and then you can alter your shot shape when you need to

What about if you have a Callaway driver?

I’ve got a sim max 1
I was lead to believe if I crank it down that would promote a fade if I up it to 12.5 that would promote a few. Is that correct

To lessen my fade Does an upright lie help more than setting the loft higher?
