Yea fat salary bcs a senior engineer at normal company is a normal software engineer in this faang company .. not only that it takes sooo much knowledge and to prepare yourself and make yourself best at the programming just to get in them .. doesn't matter if u from Harvard or unknown University
Only top best Programmers go there and ofc it makes sense to pay fat salary for the best people you can get

I personally don't believe these numbers I need a real break down. I bet there actual entry level salary is 70-90k and with time some kind of separate bonus/insensitive plan.🤷🏽
