Thanks for the detailed but also not dragged out explanation of her kit and best echo set. I was being lazy and just slapped a frost set on her with a healing bonus Lampylumen Myriad. Looks like I'm going to rebuild her now.

Youhu is in the shop for 80 afterglow corals (equivalent to a 10 pull) and she's apparently in the shop for 68 days. I think it is good value if you want youhu and if she is really gonna be in the shop for 68 days then that's crazy good.

She is good choice if you need more healer when clearing Tower of Adversity

It's great that Wuthering Waves is starting to fill out the support character role because it was quite lacking in the beginning.

I feel Youhu is going to be emblematic of how most post-launch 4* characters will be. I'm thinking primarily of some special niche (like buffing coordinated attacks from Youhu's outro skill) but not being too impressive out of that. Most of the focus will on the featured 5* characters of course.

I would say that Baizhi and Youhu seem relatively equal as 4* supports. Baizhu is more of a general support/healer while Youhu will benefit teams with a strong coordinated attacker.

I don't think that Kuro is going to release a coordinated attacker that has very high damage multipliers as ILosetoWin speculates, unless such a character could only use coordinated attacks on field (so essentially a main DPS). If such a character was to exist that Youhu would easily fit in as the best support for such a character. Otherwise, simply getting more Sub DPS/Off Field coordinated attacks will make Youhu more valuable in the long run.

A 4* like youhu is definitely interesting, I feel like if kuro made more characters fit in teams like she does, team comps might just become more fun to build

Consider giving her the craftable 4* gauntlet that boost Dodge counter.
Youhu does not need Marcato as she has enough Concerto regen.
