I have same pain of enthisitis. My last ribs are inflamatted and attached with mousle. It's very painful. Feeling like toumor while I thouch to ribs. Can't ride bike, cant handle any minor jerk. How to get rid off this.? Pls advise.

Hello Doctor. It feels like pain is going through sternum to the middle/top of back. Sometimes when laying down I feel bizarre manifestations in middle of chest that go upward into neck and face. These last briefly. It just feels like the whole area behind sternum is not clear. Sometimes I think it’s also a stomach problem. I’ve been miserable for last several months. Rheumatologist has recommended biologics for me. But I’m not ready to commit until at least there’s a reliable covid vaccine. Is it possible for these bizarre uncomfortable sensations in chest be related to AS? It all started when front of chest hurt like I had lifted a bunch of weights. It then moved to my back. And now it’s primarily upper back. But still with scary chest symptoms, more so noticeable on my bed. I wouldn’t say it hurts more when I cough. But there’s sometimes a warmth under ribs. My chest X-rays have been normal. I do have heart murmur and will be doing stress echo soon too just to make sure that’s working okay. My regular echo was fine after I went to ER In June with these bizarre chest symptoms. My upper endoscopy showed that I may have had irritation at some point. But this was after taking acid medicine for 6 weeks. I stopped taking it and now it’s worse. Soooo major question is does this all come back to AS probably.... please share thoughts. I’ve been miserable.
