This is a series showing how I structure my training with limited time due to having a young son and a demanding job. Not for competitive Strongman but for fun, health and to look a bit better.

Today was 5 sets of 10 Log Strict Press at 105lbs and 3 way shoulder raises with 25lbs (little sloppy on form) Over the next videos in this series I will explain how I structure the training and take you through the process as I try to get back to similar levels of strength and physique.

When you do front raise does it matter if your hold the dumbbells with a neutral or pronated grip? Should pinkies be higher than thumbs when you did rear delt raises?
