My story is almost a carbon copy of the student that you read except I went on to complete a formal academic enhancement post-bac, and I did well, and currently, I am studying for the MCAT. I was getting so nervous about the 10-year expiration on my undergraduate course work, and that I may have to repeat most of my basic science prerequisites, but this video really put things in perspective, and reassured me to really focus on the MCAT since I already have 2 years of post-bac that I completed in the last 2 years. Thank you dearly Dr. Gray, you've eased my worry, and I am grateful for your podcast and youtube videos!

What are your thoughts about taking med prereqs in a community college rather than at a university? I was told med schools judge that harshly

Would it be good for this individual to maybe audit a couple classes for one semester just to get used to the environment without risking the penalty of having GPA damaged? Then the following semester enroll in classes normally for credit with a refreshed brain ready to go.
