Ukraine accuses Russia of targeting civilians in airstrike

Ukraine is accusing Russian forces of deliberately targeting civilians after two missiles slammed into the downtown area of Pokrovsk, in the eastern Donetsk region on Monday evening. Officials say at least seven people are dead and 81 injured in the airstrike.

why is it okay when Ukraine targets civilians, but not okay when Russia does it? Either call out both sides for doing it, or don't call it out at all. Enough with the double standards.
