This is a video that I produced while working for the WIA Summer Youth program in 2014.
In this program, I was a part of the Digital Media Technology Stationary crew. We called ourselves Inside Out Media and were in charge of all the media coverage of the program including taking pictures, creating the yearbook, and creating other designs for the program.

Of course, you are not alone at work - you have to deal with your co-workers. You heard about the "Me Too" movement, and due to this movement, that means YOU CAN BE ACCUSED of sexual harassment much faster and much easier than you can take an office break. DON'T GET ACCUSED AND RISK BEING DEMOTED, BACKROOMED, TERMINATED - OR EVEN SUED!

The old-school ways to avoid being accused of such is....
1. Never corner anybody especially in cubicles - especially if it is the opposite sex. Let that person have some space. Failure to do so means a "hostile work environment" - which is inappropriate.
2. Never extort or threaten any worker with punishment after having your sexual favor requests refused. You need to respect the refusal at all costs!
3. Of course, no more "power trips" - avoid dating anybody or making out with anybody with a severe rank difference (so for example, entry-level employee and a CEO).

The new-school ways to avoid being accused now
1. If you must compliment a worker, try not to compliment on one's body - even if it is not a private part. Compliment only on the job itself! Why? Even innocent bantering comments or flattering on a body part can sometimes be seen as harassing.
2. If you must have office romance with someone at work, you must focus on the person who has the same rank as you. Avoid anybody with differing ranks.
3. Try not to consensually touch anybody at all when only one is alone in the office. You need 3rd party witnesses because if a touch can be harassing to the other person, and you do not have witnesses to protect you from a false accusation if the touch is consensual, it will do you in if you face a sexual harassment case later on - and you will lose every time!
