The most important part of this edit is the fact that it rarely focuses on the faces of the soldiers. That keeps it more in line with the poem.

Funnily enough, my lead RDC would play this poem a lot going through bootcamp. He said it was used as psychological torture. Never knew it was a poem

This edit made me feel a burning resentment and anger at the external circumstances that were crushed on Boymer's head. In short, as if the book was squeezed to the essence of all the terrifying and horror of war and placed in 1 bottle, which is impossible to drink to the end. Unexpectedly, very strongly and emotionally!
