Family history
Smoking (more specifically, giving up smoking)

- Bleeding is normally because you are not cleaning interdentally

Brushing regularly
Brushing with the correct technique
Flossing & interdental cleaning
Using the right toothbrush and tools
Healthy diet
Drinking water
Regular dental visits
Considering your medicine
Quitting smoking
Reducing stress

Every time I brush there's this one part of the gum that bleeds upon brushing. I brush twice a day and accumulated tartar on some teeth. Around 3-4 of them have tartar and one of them is the tooth where the gums always bleed. I guess I have gingivitis now hug
