I use a Sandy on my Streetkid Cyberninja Build and my Nomad Tech Weapon Build. Hella satisfying. My Corpo Netrunner is still lowkey my favorite character to play though.

If you have 18 reflexes you can buy the epic nanorelays which extend sandevistan by 2 seconds

I think there was also an epic sandevistan called the Zetatech Sandevistan Mk.3. it may have a 30 sec. cooldown & only 2 mod slots, but this particular cyberware makes up for those by slowing down time to 50% with a 16 sec. duration as well. you just need 12 points into reflexes to install it, 25 street cred for it to be available, cost about 16000 eddies and can be purchased from the ripperdoc located at downtown, city center, just west of the Skyline & Republic Data Term. may need to skip time 24 hours a few times until it appears.

I knew when I bought the game back when it was literally on playable I could still see the potential that’s why I never got the refund and now it is not disappointing and leaving me wanting more, especially for a sequel to the game and potentially live action movie which would be amazing especially starring Keanu Reeves. And I cannot leave out that the fact that the cyberpunk anime left me feeling so sad for David Martinez. Every time I hear that song gets me in my my feels.

If you want as fast a cool down as possible and you punched fingers, I recommend dynalar Mk.3. It's a 50% slow, with a base 15 second cool down. I managed to get it down to 4 seconds between each use.

Fun fact you can visit finger BEFORE doing Judy's quest line. That way you can get you quiant and punch him too.

I punched fingers but that doesn't matter my dynalar build is great. I got 2 arasaka mods on my sandevistan and they do stack. It takes 8s for someone to notice me, it last 17s and I bet I can get it to 20. With the 30% reduction the cooldown is roughly 20s. That's insanely op if you get some broken melee on you.
Also can go invisible so I'm just God ig.

If you have to get the dynaler one you could always try to increase the duration instead of reduce cool-down with upgrades you can get it to 20 seconds with a 30 second cool-down then if you just use the bio conductor then it will remove 10 seconds (because it’s 30%) in the cool-down so you have 20 seconds of slow mo and then a 20 second cool-down.

I remember using this build when CP2077 was released and couldnt remember why i stopped using it... until i tried the build again remembered WHY after all this time the Sandevistan bug is still present 🤦‍♂️ aside from that its an awesome build.

If you’re running a melee build, sand is good .. berserk is better. Sand is better for a fast firing pistol build or shotgun build
