Haven't read Dugin's stuff (why would I?), but I'm pretty sure eurasianism isn't for whites. At least it isn't presented as such in popular discourse. It pretty much equates USSR to Russian Empire and takes imperial spin to USSR as colonizing, civilizing power, but in a sense that it's *protecting* natives from real monsters like british and americans. It's not only for whites, it's an acceptance of middle and east asian cultures in such a way that it basically discards those cultures. Kind of like your example with french person being told that those guys speaking and writing different tongue and wearing ushankas are totally the same as them.
Moreso, eurasianists are at odds with usual nazists and nationalists and race realists or whatever. You see, russian government is very centrist (relative to russian political climate). Main party is everyone and no one at the same time, they have ideas from everywhere. Eurasianism is exactly that. It simultaneously sees czars, Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, Churchill, whoever, as valid and having no odds with each other's ideologies. Well, that's my impression of eurasianists, anyway.

just found this video today. Looked up Hyperborea into youtube as there are not many very informative results and I'm not surprised considering the context in which it would likely be used. Not very Youtube friendly. And as someone who does passive research on the esoteric lore of white groups, this video provides a really informative and digestible look at one of the most widely used yet still generally opaque myths of the white pride movements. Loved this. Honestly, one of the best videos I've watched on this site in a long time.
