yep tried on every watch at apple during today, pre-ordered at 5pm EST Australian time, (which was the pre order time it was suppose to go live which was really 5:10pm!!) but anyway, yeah, didn't get the one I wanted because I would have had to wait 8 weeks for the link bracelet so I went with the classic buckle because I missed out on the Milanese loop but all good !! still go my pre order in and it still delivers by the 24th so all good!!

OMG! the Fandroid trolls invade so quickly! It's like it's their mission to inform the YouTube community about so called "isheep" seriously you all need to do something better with your time rather than trolling Apple related videos.

Okay I've tried both Samsung gear and Moto 360 and they're cool and all, but when I tried on the Apple watch I was in awe. It was truly amazing of a technology. You can tell that it is really luxurious. Videos on YouTube don't do any justice until you try one in person. It's definitely an amazing piece of engineered metal on your wrist. Also, the taptic feedback in itself was surprising. It doesn't feel like a vibration, it feels like someone is tapping you gently. that feature surprised me.

I ordered the sport model but I heard the leather loop band is the most comfortable one, it "hugs" the wrist.

I personally will not buy it, but I like that Apple is taking this big risk. Sometimes you just have to hang your balls out there. When everybody hated the iPad, it didn't matter in the long run, because other brands followed suit. This, ladies and gentlemen, creates jobs and economic growth, both in and outside the US. The world is a better place for it. If you hate it, don't buy it. But for those who will buy it, think how you helped one store employee get hired today. Sometimes you have to look at the big picture.

I'm pretty sure this is the device I dreamed of as a child back in the '80s. Of course then, I couldn't even imagine the development of "smart phones" and how much better they are on pretty much every vector compared with a digital watch. This tech feels 10+ years too late to be relevant anymore. Nobody needs a smart watch, because we already have computers in our pockets.

My current watch:
I can shower with it.
I can swim with it.
I have to "recharge" it every 3 year (Changing battery).
I can change the battery.
I can wear it on my job without it breaking.
I can throw it into a wall without it breaking.
I can drive my car over it without it breaking.
It costs 50$.

But smartwatches are much better because I can check my email on it. lol.

This is good. I want to try a fitting experience. A smartwatch that is a perfect fit on your wrist and that suits your lifestyle. I'm waiting and I'm talking about the new block modular smartwatch. I think it's more interesting and exciting.

Do they sell the watch holder/chargers for your bedroom, office and car so if you actually find a use for it it will be charged up?
Seems pointless having it on your wrist going flat every few hours.
