WHAT IS FALSE IMPRISONMENT?

False imprisonment consists of any type of unlawful restraint or interference with the personal FREEDOM of an individual. It basically involves any unlawful violation of the FREEDOM of another.

It has been labeled as a tort, a trespass, an assault, a wrong, a damage, and an injury, giving one cause to bring suit against another for a remedy. Depriving a person of their liberty is legally no different than depriving a
person of their property - a theft of FREEDOM is a wrong by which remedy can be had, just as is the case with the theft of property.

I am personally dealing with a similar situation which acquired last September 2022 here in Chicago and I do have a process to dismiss the case but I'd be gracious to receive instructions or know how on how to be compensated for my rights being violated

I think for myself go after there insurance company's bonds and hold them accountable for there agencies actions against man and woman

May I make a suggestion? In my humble opinion, forget the court at the top, and plaintiff vs defendant.
Instead, "International Administrative Procedure PRIVATE LETTER tort claim of Liberty.. or however you want the title..
I believe we stay out of court. Write a private letter to trespassers and give a chance to make it right. If no answer, 2nd letter to settle with arbitration clause.. .. keep it private at all cost. No need for a court.. just my opinion.. thanks for all you do..

You typed this backwards. The plaintiff would be the officer and you would be the defendant. You are in a traffic stop and the police have the right to put you in handcuffs when arrested and then they have the right to do a pat down to check for anything illegal like weapons, needles, drugs. It does not violate any of your rights. If you would send this in to the judge he would throw it out. You have no bases
