If you can get the frog maxed out by killing all the frogs it’s by far the best daoist to use

I got a spirit that grants passive health regen, and lets you turn into a tree to heal around 4x you're total health over 20 seconds or so, and it hides you from enemies

These are the ingredients for the Mirage Pill, which gives u a bunch of Might. Kinda broken if u max all of the important transformation skills. Makes u able to transform infinitely that way.

There is a spirit that you can get in chapter 3 that can Freeze enemies. Basically a 2nd immobilizer.
