In the Dutch province of Gelderland (located roughly at the location of the Gelre province in EU4) there's a town called Berg en Dal. So, as a little reference to that, I suggest that as Berg, you conquer both the province of Gelre, and the province of Dal (in Norway).

I once saw Zlewikk's video, which explaing guarantee exploit to prevent coalition triggering. Basically, you proclaim guarantee to the nations which would join the coalition then revoke it one month later. As in 1.32, revoking guarantee will make a two-side 5 years truce instead of one-side. Of course you can only do this if you strong enough to guarantee them.
