How can you always say you're a lazy person and achieve all the amazing things you've done in your life? You're amazing!!!!

I grew up with a mother who used to say (and still does) "Give the laziest person the hardest job, and they'll find the easiest way to do it". She considers herself a lazy person, because she values efficiency!
Why does our current culture value productivity, always jamming more and more and more stuff into our diaries, over rest and time? Give me rest and time any day over more things to do!

I saw you on Ted talks a while back . I was so excited and happy and proud of you and for you . I remember a long time ago, you had all these wonderful ideas and dreams, Ted talks was one of them . At the time you seamed dismissive of your wonderful idea . I was shocked and amazed and surprised . There you are, on a Ted talks stage . I could not have been prouder of you . Your wonderful idea carried to fruition . That was such a far out idea that it made me see I’ve been been to safe, I’ve thought way too small . I want you to know that you have helped change my life . First with decluttering then organizing, then cleaning in that order . Now I see I constrained myself, I never thought of being on Ted talks . It won’t be Ted talks for me, but, it will be something . Thank you .

Please ignore the terrible audio. My office has a wireless router that looks like it's from a space station. Apparently it causes my mic to have an annoying ticking sound. I was too lazy to record it over again!

It’s awesome that you’re not pushing your kids! This gives them the chance to explore their real passions and talents! Kids can’t stay idle, so they’ll find something to do and it will be then something they really love and can rock, rather than what a parent forces them to for their “own good”.

Working smarter, not harder is my mantra! I’m all about have a clean, organized home, but I don’t want to spend all of my free time washing dishes & sweeping floors. I’ve learned “clean as you go” is a lifesaver, not only in the kitchen as I’m cooking, but everywhere else, too. I clean the to-go cups & wrappers out of my car as I’m filling the tank, I put stuff back as soon as I’m done w/ it, I hang up my jacket instead of tossing it on the bed or on the sofa. These things that take less than a minute in most cases really add up & I find my home & spaces stay cleaner longer. Love your videos! Thanks for being an inspiration for us “lazy” people! ❤️

I grew up in the 70s and loved it! IT was our TV, record player and radio. There is a lot of fun and great things for kids to learn today but I'm so glad I had my childhood in a different time. We had much less stuff back then too...at least in New Zealand. Your kids sound like they are doing fabulous and that's what you want. No one gets to choose when they were born and what's available, you just learn what IS there then. It's so lovely to see they're happy!

It is mind blowing what young children know and do in todays’ world. Can not comprehend what their children will be doing? My best memories is when I was 7 yrs. old and we lived in Rockland East, Ontario. Life was so pure and simple. I am now 67 yrs. old. My mother died when she was only 49 and I was 19. Enjoy, your children because they grow up so fast and soon they will have a life as being independent and having kids of their own.

There is absolutely no comparison between my childhood and that of my two girls. I came from a 'kids are seen and not heard' home. My 10 year old sets the alarm, locks the door and rides herself to school. My 14 year old is coaching her own basketball team. I'm one proud Mum!

I like so much your videos because of the words like "lazy, " and "short cuts." I think you are the most intelligent, intellectual, resourceful YouTuber on cooking, cleaning, and organizing.
