Only just noticed these type to screen in aldi today in the uk. I seen the lady change the price on some.. instantly searched to see how they work 😂👍🏻

Hi Aaron,

I might just have some of these display laying around on my desk. I pick them up cheap on Taobao (about US$1 a piece). Then I found out they are EOL and wonder what I can do with them. If you are interested, I can send you some and see what you can do with it.

BTW, thanks for all the video, I really enjoy them.

I don't think I've ever seen these used in stores. Or, I never realized that they are e paper screens and not just paper.

Crazy that there is a backend database where the ID of ever etag is mapped to a SKU or UPC code. I hope someone doesn't have to type that in by hand.

Don't you think it would be easier to build your own ESL via Arduino or does using RF communication prevent it?

I'm trying to build these kind of ESL for myself but not to show prices, Idk how to do UUID in nRF52832 can I get some help regarding it? Configuring different UUID for each ESP to show different data.
