It's very high visibility so Helldivers can reduce the odds of friendly fire incidents. Especially when friendlies are using a lot of fire.

This armor along with B-01 is the only armor in the medium category that provides headshot damage resistance against bots

Im actually really happy with this armor as I think the base armor design is by far the most iconic, hopefully they just make it so you can make the default armor whatever color you want

Since the armour is made to stand out and not be camouflaged:
A yellow armour would stand out most on a blue planet according to the colour wheel.
A blue armour on a red planet works too.

They should have made the yellow of the golden eagle look like the yellow of hero of the federation since it's called the golden eagle not the mustard eagle

I'm loving it's color scheme, I'm role playing as a "Imperial Fist Guardsman" from 40k with it 😊
Enjoy having events like this, would be cool to sometimes maybe have rewards like this for completing M.O.'s instead of medals sometimes. What do you guys think?

I love these types of sets like the yogurt diver or this one because you get to wear the original armor but you’re still allowed to have a little bit of variation

It’s just a standard issue suit, with high-visibility for seeing allies in storms/fogs more clearly.

It’s not that new considering everything with the default armor is the same, the gold eagle is just meant for teammates to recognise you in high density areas.

I personally don’t dislike it because “Gold”, but i have other options that i like visually.

I always loved the B01 tactical armor, it's basically Heavy Armour with Medium mobility. We only have one other Armour with that passive and that's one of the Winter armours i can't remember what it's called. But this is basically just a full Yellow Armour and i would canonically see this as a high ranking armor. Like how in Star Wars the Clone armies ranks were depicted in colour stripes (Yellow being Commanders) and to another extent, the Covenant Elites in Halo.

It honestly makes it easier to see teammates on worlds with a lot of mist or spores
