I’d give anything if you were anywhere close to me!! I can cry just watching this video because I’ve tried EVERYTHING and I mean every single thing you’ve reviewed here. I feel hopeless because mine is already too large and scarred. I’ve heard so many people saying not to do a surgery, this just drains the life out of you when you can’t walk on your foot.

Is always necessary to cut the deep transverse ligament during the excision of the Neuroma?
And will the loose ends of the cut ligament find each other and grow back together ?

Hello Dr. Pelto. In the video you state that after surgery, all patients will have numbness on adjacent side of the toe. So my question is, does it feel like the numbing pain of the foot when running with a neuroma, or no feeling at all?
