Started doing 150 minute of cardio a week. Within a month I was able to find the strength to beat my shaft harder than last time. Thanks coach!

This shows how much Will's knowledge has changed. His first video where he lost the weight (as a fat teen) was all crash dieting and unhealthy. This approach, although isn't perfect is much much better! Will kills it with every video.

I love how Coach Greg and Will Tennyson are legitimately wanting to improve our physical lives.

i honestly miss living on a college campus... just because i walked EVERYWHERE i averaged about 25, 000 steps, would frequently get up to 40k. Walking is such an underrated weight loss tool. Its no wonder I blew up by like 20 pounds once i moved into an apartment

The best e-book I ever read was written by a man who lost 125 lbs. The most important thing I took away: Can you picture doing this for the next 10 years? He set a fitness and eating lifestyle based on that and was able to make the permanent changes he wanted. I remember that as my guiding principle. Coach Greg is here to drive that point home a few times a week and I'm here for it.

Had a small heart attack thinking this was the end of the Greg/Will father son relationship. Just a dad reacting to his son's prior bad decisions 🤣

I'm actually doing something similar to what Will did, and have been for a while. Yeah, it's definitely not the "healthiest" way to lose weight, but honestly I don't think I would have been successful if I didn't do it this way. Doing 1 meal a day helped me build the discipline I needed to fix my dietary habits, and build my habits going to the gym.

One thing I will mention, you kept mentioning "feeling hungry all day", but that's not really what happens when you do one meal a day style fasting. After the first week or so, you stop feeling hungry during the day, and won't feel hungry until it's your meal time.

It's not a sustainable diet for anyone who is trying to build a good bit of muscle, but if you really need to lose a good bit of weight, it can be an excellent tool. Since June of last year, I have dropped 110 pounds, and still managed to put on a good bit of muscle. I am just 3 pounds overweight according to BMI, and I think another 10 to 15 pounds will put me near my body fat percentage goal. Once I reach that, I plan to switch to the 5 meals style plans you speak of.

Coach, I've learned so much over the last couple months from watching your videos. Thank you so much for all the great advice! I'm down 20lbs over 2 months. I'm now 310lbs. I'm 6-5" and 46 years old. I haven't worked out for 3 years because of a major back surgery, waiting way too long to get back in the gym.

He truly is an inspiration for me. I would love to achieve his physique someday. His videos are hella entertaining and informative at the same time.

Walking has been amazing. I used to only walk less than 5k steps per day, and slowly increased to 7-8k over the last year. Recently increased to 10-13k and been able to eat more while keeping weight constant (and these are oily street fried food, although not daily).

This is how you know Coach Greg is a good friend to Will. He tells the tough love truth. A good friend tells you what you need to hear not what you wanna hear. After years of trying to lose weight, one of these days I'm going to get this cookbook.

Definately this first video will has put out I wasn’t extremely stoked on haha. Amazing filming and dedicated drive he had but I didn’t think he articulated well enough that this wasn’t the best approach to save muscle. I did a very similar diet to lose weight and I believe I could’ve been much less hungry and more muscular spreading my meals out and not being in such a serious deficit! Love the content Greg and will!

Comment for the algorithm added.

Good info, well brought. Infomercial part feels honest, plugging your own book is not annoying IMO.

You’re a lot more likely to binge eat at night. Spread out your meals all you want, but if that last meal isn’t enough to tide you over till you go to bed, it’s NOT a bad idea to lower the calories during the day, still activating muscle protein synthesis, and make that last meal of the day a bit heavier. 24 hours is 24 hours.

This was a rlly good video. Loved the way you explained things and dived into the science behind some of the stuff that Will was doing. More importantly though, I love how positive you are and that u only give constructive feedback, it sounds like ur just trying to be honest but it never comes off as “mean” or “hateful” like some ppl might come off as

I’m a horrible binge eater. Coach Greg really helped motivate me to put the damn fork down. I wish I didn’t work so hard so I’d have time for the gym, but definitely Greg’s helped me with my diet.
Down to 278 from 312 in 2 months. Amazing what not eating like a pig can do.
