Addiction is never good, especially when it costs you your health and your loved ones, so it's good that a person realizes that he has a problem and tries to solve it before he loses everything. The man was lucky that he found someone to help him and realize before he lost the most important thing in his life, I'm sorry that the old man didn't find someone to reach out to him in the beginning, but I wish one day his family will see and understand that he has changed for the better and forgive him so he can be a part of their lives again. 😌
