The Beyond Burger is by no means a new burger, but we've only recently had more access to it in Canada and we thought it was high time to give your our overall thoughts on the Beyond Burger, what we think about the future of vegan burgers and even some of our thoughts on the Impossible Burger =O

♥ Is YouTube your full time job? - No, I work part-time in marketing :)
♥ What does your logo mean? Why isn't your logo using the Vietnamese flag? - Actually I use the South Vietnam flag because it represents Viet Kieu (Vietnamese immigrants after the fall of Saigon), my parents were both boat refugees before immigrating to Canada. My logo combines two parts of my identity: Maple leaf because I'm Canadian, and the South Vietnam flag because I'm Vietnamese :)

I love the convo on the hypothetical situation. Saying that eating meat is like ingesting their pain and suffering was interesting. It’s a new perspective I hadn’t heard but when you say it like that it made me feel better for not eating animal products.

I know this is an old video of yours, but recently i've been going back on all your work, and i had to say something. I totaly agree with you about the idea that eating meat would give me the feeling of eating their pain as well. In my familly we always strongly believed that we "create" some of our illness by the way we live, eat or think. Sadly not many people want to see things that way, its always a pleasure when i meet people that think alike :)

Stress causes animal meat to taste bad, so people raising or butchering animals need to ensure they have the least amount of stress possible so the meat is palatable. even if your views are not based in science, they are completely real and i respect them. i appreciate you sharing something so personal.

Every chance I can get I have beyond meat burger. It’s soo delish. My husband who’s a carnivore even enjoys it. :)

I'm in the process of transitioning my hubby and kids to a cruelty free diet. They recently tried Boca burgers for the first time and loved them. Upon reading the ingredients list I discovered they have cheese in them 😔😔😔. I'm excited to find the Beyond brand in my area! Fingers crossed they love them too 🤞🏾

I appreciate you sharing your honest opinion, and I’m sorry that people are being judgmental. I personally feel torn about the Impossible Burger. One thing I keep thinking about is they screwed up in testing, but the product is sound otherwise and could create more change. It’s less of a question of whether I’m okay with animal testing than do I want to use this tool to reduce future animal suffering

I couldn't get past the smell...but the texture is amazing...wish they made them without the smell...

The Beyond Burger is my favorite. I love picking them up for my vegan cousin and me to have at family cookouts. I've only ever cooked them on a grill outside so the smell isn't really an issue (it smells fine to me once it's actually cooked though.) But I love how they get crispy on the outside.

Yes the smell is a little bit daunting, but the taste is unbelievable, however the new sausages from the same company I think or even better.

Hi - I think the Beyond Burger is a lot better than the Impossible Burger. I’ve tried the Impossible Burger three times over the last few months or so and I’m not sure why - but I don’t really like it all that much. Beyond Burgers on the other hand - we buy and cook up at least once a month and I’m always in awe of how good they are. I agree with you re smell and a lot of oil, etc though. But I have to say that since the Beyond Sausages have hit the stores - I’m literally obsessed with them. They all ‘hands-down’ my most favorite vegan ‘meat’ I’ve ever had and honestly I can’t imagine them ever being topped by another product.
