Most of these vehicles are LSV (Low speed Vehicles). They are limited to 35 mph max roads. In Louisiana you can get them registered and Tagged for street use on street posted for 35mph or less.

They are cool but let’s call them what they are, they are enclosed golf carts. Furthermore, you won’t be getting one for $2, 000 unless you live in China and don’t need a battery for your truck. After upgrades and shipping to door you are looking at more like $8, 000 plus.
