Repairing Playstation 4 PRO With No Power

In this video i'm trying to fix a power issue in ps4 pro. Somebody has tried to fix it before. Can I finally repair it?

What was wrong with the replacement power supply? u only showed the original one. Would have been best u tested both power supplies to see if they had their 5V lines and the 12V output 1st before going onto the motherboard looking for issues, just saves time doing these steps 1st.

can those connector ffc cables be an issue, after cleaning my pro its not powering up, console blinks for a sec and switches off, kindly provide guidance, i am struck in a country were proper repair services are not available for ps4pro, BTW it is not a ripped connector, it is just those FFC cables are so loose
