Also dizziness due to blood loss, this is a big one honestly as it hinders your vision and makes target acquisition more difficult. Using a blood pack will of course rapidly replenish your blood and remove the dizziness state of your character allowing you to rengage the ememy more effectively at a quicker rate.

Everyone jumping on the basics. What we need is a more comprehensive video on taking steps to "efficiently play the healing card in the Heat of Battle".
So you are in a one vs one situation which is optimal and you take a light bleeing/hurt condition you can let it go and continue to the next target or you can HEAL with a bandage. Next is the situation where you are vs two or three aggro AI on you. You kill two and are now faced with Medium bleeding, a head wound, a bruise to the sterum and dizzy. Welcome to Gray Zone. Use the bandage, take a painkiller, do a surgery and then take some blood. If you have bone damage then add a splint into the mix. The higher your food and water rating the faster you recover from wounds and blood loss. Just sayin :D.
The amount of blood you need to get rid of the "Dizzy" condition is 49, 672. Each blood infusion gives you 500 points. Do the math.

Blood kits are nice for getting rid of that dizziness from all the blood loss. It's not as important as the other medical items, but don't forget you'll probably need one to revive a teammate.
I think it could see a little bit more use in the starter town where 3A armor works a bit better.

Side note: you can use (or better waste) every med item at any time, no matter if it makes sense in a specific moment.

when teammate goes coma you need survkit and blood kit to revive them so blood kit is pretty handy to be around, atleast on my opinion.
