This so hidden feature of Choose function is the evaluation of XLOOKUP function. Thank you for sharing this good excel function.
This reversion of area distribution can be done with the index function by using the second optional argument by selecting area number with choose function.

Great use of choose with vlookup. I used to use choose with a dropdown list box and sum to setup a fin period calculator to easily get quarterly and halve year totals when comparing 2 different fin years. Thank you for the video.

I am looking for a excel function which can take out the repeated number from a list but the condition is that the numbers are unknown and not entered yet. Whenever the date fed to a column of sheet it automatically take out the repeated numbers in another column.

I need to get my head around this. I'm using an array in a FILTER(FILTER(), {1, 0, 0, ...}) formula but the database is now 70+ columns wide so the array is huge and marrying the columns to the array is tiresome. I don't know whether CHOOSE() with the use of Table references will be clearer or not. I'm predicting a headache.... :)
