How to Use CHOOSE Function in Excel

In this Excel Function Explained video series, I will explain, how to use CHOOSE function in excel. Excel CHOOSE function is used to select a value or an action to perform from a list of values in excel based on index number. Using CHOOSE function, you’ll be able to select values based on your provided Index number.

Let’s learn how to use CHOOSE formula in excel.
The Function looks like this = Choose (Index Number, Value,….)

The Choose function has Two arguments or parameters.

1. Index Number: This is where you specify the index number.
2. Value: In this parameter, we need to list the values. You can use this parameter multiple times.

This is how we use CHOOSE in excel. Remember, using CHOOSE function in excel you actually tell excel formula to select values based on index number you specify.
