I made this for Christmas dinner and it was an absolute winner. Just made it again tonight and it came out incredible again. I used Stubbs barbecue sauce (my fave) and added some apple cider vinegar, molasses, a splash of Makers Mark whiskey, and an additional small can of tomato paste and some spicy brown mustard this go-around as well. Yum yum yum. Thank you my guy! Love the outro music as well
