Statins are for stabilising the plaque and it takes time in achieving such effect. Clopidogrel also takes time in achieving bloods anticoagulant property but Disprin works instantly. For best result disprin should always be put underneeth tongue to rander its 100%bioavailibility

I watched this video and thought it could help and day before yesterday I saw a guy laying down on road and his friends giving him pumps I didn't have these but my mamu had a asprin so he gave it to the guy which helped him . God bless him and everyone should keep it for sure

Sorbitrate 10 mg is first. Option
Then disprin to ke 2 tab
Copitogril 2. Tab
Atorva statin 40 mg 2. Tab

Wrong Answer, We give anticoagulants as prophylaxis and to stop the progression of thrombus(clot), to dissolve the clot we give Fibronolytics( that breaks fibrin within the clot) such as Streptokinase (SK)or Alteplase(TPA) and the window time for them is upto 6 hours to 8 hours, we cant give them post Window period or if Patient has absolute contraindications or if its NSTEMI , one of most common ContraIndication is Active PUD( peptic Ulcer disease and previous hx of hemorrhagic stroke ) .
While Initial treatment for ACS ( Acute Coronary Syndrome) is 'MONA'
M- IV morphine
O- Oxygen
N- Nitrates ( Angised/ GTN)
A- AntiCoagulants( Aspirin+ Clopidogrel)
If you suspect your family member/ friend has a Heart Attach most commonly presented as chest pain then step 1) Give angised/ GTN sublingual, rush the patient to ER, Get an ECG/ EKG if ACS on EKG follow 'MONA', if EKGs normal get 2 more EKGs rule out ACS and get a chest Xray/ Wells Criteria to Rule out Pneumothorax and Pulmunary Embolism .
Atorvostatin has no role in immediate management of ACS.
If he is a Medical Doctor especially General physician or Cardiologist and has such an approach towards medical Emergency then I wonder how many people could've been saved, Alas!
