If a senior person in your house has a heart attack it is best is to call for help, either the neighbors or nearby people so that you don't panic and you get a support system. And also call an ambulance and reach the nearest hospital which has cardiac support. No no to clinics as they cannot manage immediately. The window period from a heart attack to a primary stent or PCI is 45 minutes . So I would advise to immediately react attend the situation keep the airways clear keep the circulation going on keep the breathing on keep the patient not overcrowded around the patient and keep the patient confident keep the patient assured well and if you have Atorvastatin at home or cholesterol tablets. Give an Atorvastatin of 40 mg start. Give an aspirin 325 mg elderly patients who have had an heart attack. Best is to immediately shift them and give them reassurance and take immediate medical attention.
