It's probably 200% not 300%, the original Chinese leak stated for every 20% of shorekeeper's "own" er, it did not state "extra" er. I can read Chinese and that's how I'm understanding it, but I can be wrong of course.

I think to trigger 2 intro after her Res Liberation is kinda normal cause the usually rotation is Healer/Support -> Sub DPS -> Main DPS .

The new 4 star echo with the hammer will give 10% ER for her and 10% Attack for the whole team for 20 seconds, if you didn't know.
And you can get another 10% ER from the 2 piece moonlit clouds set too.

And even if shes is better than verina i dont think it would be by a lot, considering how insane verina already is, and f2p cant be affording her for just that difference (this early in the game, what we need right now is variety). They could have literally gave her a different attribute and would be perfectly fine, would be a must pull even, but no, it had to be spectro again...

Actually, the field time isn't gonna be a problem if the concerto regen are good. Remember when people said Zhezhi took so much field time? Well, actually, it works really well in the end since after that 3 swan combo plus ult, you got her autro 95% all the time except if you got interrupted. So what I'm saying is, Jinhsi can get like 100% buff uptime and always starts with intro skills.

The circle impact of her ult, at S0, is similar of the ToA total area, so the S1 must be to complete the ToA total area. But the problem with her takes, probably, a long field time to fulfill the concerto energy is something to looking for, because 10% CR don't pay this long field time. For anyone worried don't, it's not 300%, it never will be 300%, and you can figure this out yourself with the help of simple maths cause you can barely hit 300% ER in the game, 12.4% is max ER substat, on all 5 that would be 62%, 77% ER on her signature makes that 139%, and then 32% main stat on the 3 costs for another 64%, making it 203% plus her base to 303%, barely cutting it.

I have never seen any of these kinds of gacha games designing a character with max optimized builds in mind so rest assured it is 200% ER including her base.

With a 4 star weapon with energy recharge, and one ER piece, my verina can get 230 ER, with shore keeper weapon you will hit 300 ER

Her biggest advantage is she gives you 5 free dodges, very valuable for casuals.

Having a crit rate buff is already great, having a 20% to 30% is too good. 10% is enough, combined with your echoe stats (ex. having a 50%+ to 60%+ crit rate in total) plus the healing and atk buff is already OP for me. Don't be greedy guys.

Also, the ER she would need probably is 200% not 300%. It's still early guys, let kuro cook.
