5-5-1 works on dishwashers too, nukes the scale and funk right out.

I use Fivestars' Powdered Brewery wash myself. You take about a tablespoon worth and add it to hot water, stir it up really good and let sit for about 10 minutes or longer if the fermentor is extremely then you rinse it out with hot water and use starsan no rinse sanitizer and you are ready t go for the next batch.

I really like your slider comment. I've had people ask why some of my washes take longer. Now I can tell them what you said instead of sometimes it just does.

Geprge great video as usual interms of your theatrical skills however you have lost me informationally on this one. We still are not clear how much water you have used in each batch. Can you please let us know?

Oxy Clean works good as well on glass, plastic, and stainless but a little bit more expensive. But always rinse and sanitize fermenters and equipment after soaking. #HappyDistilling

This is just an idea George, but if you want to illustrate to people visually you could use some dry ice in a bucket of water. It will show them how a layer of CO2 forms on top the mash. I know some people can understand easier when they can see it.
