Oddly enough I had this last evening, done mostly the same way. This method produces the most succulent chicken.

Do you use the heat deflectors with this recipe or is it direct heat?
Also with chicken cooking at low temperatures, how do you prevent the skin from going rubbery?

My Houston Nephew says that true BBQ does not include any part of the chicken EXCEPT for their wings, especially Buffalo Chicken wings, which he insists were invented in Houston. I asked him why they were not then called HOUSTON Chicken wings, and he said, “ask Joel, he is a know-it-all!” So, uh, I guess I have to ask if you have any….. Oh, never mind. I think the Nephew is drinking again….. Nice recipe/instruction.

You're checking has never been frozen that. You just cooked our chickens over chickens are very expensive. How I noticed cause you can bell the difference between a frozen chicken. And a fresh non frozen chickens.Do not display blood on the frozen chickens.Have blood on the bone when you're cooking on your finished
