Master, for achieving aesthetic body we need good chest good shoulder and back, but i don't able to grow muscles in those places, my dad also don't have much muscles in those places, does that means i am genetically cursed, or is there any other way

அண்ணா நான் தினமும் chest கு மட்டும் வீட்லயே உடற்பயிற்சி செய்றேன் but no improvement. தினமும் ஒரே உடற்பயிற்சி செய்வது தப்பா? எத்தனை நாட்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை மார்புக்கு உடற்பயிற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும்

Naa 2-2.5 hours edutthukkuvaen Master, coz, a lot of variation....

Muscles wise poduvaen Master, enakku, en udambukku adhu dha correct feel panna mudiyudhu

For example, day 1 means
First, to warm up my chest, I used to do a barbell bench press Master, then, flat dumbel bench press, flat dumbel fly, flat squeeze press, both three I used to do for incline and decline too... Then I used to concentrate on Delt muscle, this format I use, middle delt press in barbell, front delt press in both barbell and dumbel, then again middle delt press in dumbel, then back standing delt press Master.... Then lastly I do 4 variations for triceps Master, that's why it takes that much time 😢
