Putin Says Confronting Russia Risks a ‘Global Disaster’

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he had no regrets about his invasion of Ukraine and that “a direct confrontation with the Russian army is a very dangerous step that could lead to a global disaster.” Putin spoke in the Kazakh capital Astana on Friday.
