How to Cancel an Amazon Flex Block

If you have an Amazon Flex block you can't or don't want to do, there is a way to cancel it, but they make it rather difficult. You'd think you could just tap it within the Schedule menu and cancel it, but that's now how it works. I show you step-by-step instructions in this video... or just read below:

Step 1: Open the Amazon Flex app (obviously)
Step 2: Tap the hamburger menu, then tap Calendar
Step 3: Tap the date of the block you want to cancel (even if it's today)
Step 4: Tap the specific block you want to cancel (if you only have one on that day it'll be the only one that appears)
Step 5: Tap FORFEIT THIS BLOCK
Step 6: SWIPE TO FORFEIT (once you swipe it, it's gone forever so make sure you really want to cancel that block)

Just bear in mind that any block cancelled with 45 minutes or less before the start time will incur a penalty. If you cancel too many blocks on short notice it's grounds for deactivation. But if you cancel with more then 45 minutes to go you're fine.
