Many thanks, done now. They seem to make it difficult for users to find the cancellation pages, so appreciate this. I've cancelled as Prime no longer accept Visa credit cards in the UK.

*Yesterday I went on Amazon to buy something and I was signed up to the Amazon Prime free trial even though I didn't want it!!! There was no option to buy the item without having to sign up for Amazon Prime!!!! Surely this cannot be legal? It puts me off from buying from Amazon with them doing this shady practice. I cancelled my free trial to Amazon Prime as soon as I had finished my purchase.*

Just fyi, the cancellation buttons don't play well with certain browser extensions, and will fail to appear on the screen. Oddly, everything else on the amazon web interface appears to work.

Easiest way to cancel it is by blocking the direct debit on your mobile banking 😂 couldn’t stop laughing when I had no way of cancelling until I refused to give them my money

The free trials are offered almost constantly (use 2, or 3 accounts), usually for a month each, and you can cancel immediately, despite the ominous warnings of imminent benefit losses.
They can't cancel the month they gave you free, once you have accepted it, that is illegal, so what you are cancelling is the auto payment for the "Next" month, not the free month.
You will never lose any of the benefits during the trial, and the only benefit I have ever used is the free "Prime" delivery, so I wouldn't even care if I did lose others, I never use them.
2 accounts=rarely without, with 3=Always have it, Amazon keeps offering, hoping you will forget. ACCEPT TRIALS, THEN CANCEL, next month switch account used, rinse and repeat.

if you are getting a white screen when trying to get to the "manage my subscriptions" page. turn off your ad blocker if you have one and the options will magically apear!
