What is Brown Noise?
Brown noise is a neutral, and compact sound that has all the frequencies that our ears can detect. It's easiest to think of brown noise like white noise but it has a lower, deeper quality. More warming to the brain and mind when listening vs. the higher-pitched white noise. Think of it as a low rumbling waterfall in the distance.

What does Brown Noise do?
Brown noise can have many positive impacts in the brain. Some studies suggest that it helps people fall asleep and achieve a longer-lasting one at that! It is also thought that brown noise can have a beneficial effect on people who have ADHD and that it may help calm their minds. Other studies have suggested that it can be useful for concentration and memory, although this might be a causal relationship with improved sleeping.

What volume should I listen to Brown Noise at?
That is up to the listener to find a comfortable volume they like. Personally, I turn it up to muffle sounds when sleeping and I find that to be the best for me. Others like to barely hear it. Whatever you do, it is suggested you do not turn it up too loud as excessive volume can have a negative impact on your ears.

This is amazing. I have an upstairs neighbor who turned their music up so loud that I could hear it in every room of my apartment yesterday morning.

I bought a few soundbars with subwoofers, placed them in strategic locations, played this, and cranked the volume up.

My neighbor may as well be on an another planet now; all of their noise is completely dampened.

I know this one has a lot of bass and is very low—so not all speakers might not be able to handle those lower frequencies.
