Fujifilm has just announced the X-T4. Probably the most leaked camera ever, it is absolutely fantastic. Fujifilm have listened to their customers after the X-T3. We now have in-body image stabilization, a new redesigned mechanical shutter, a fully articulating touch screen that Fuji calls "vary-angle", a new film simulation called Eterna Bleach Bypass and a new higher-capacity 2200 mAh battery. This is one of the best X series cameras to date.

After the releases in the last few months of the Fujifilm X-Pro3 and the Fujifilm X100V, the X-T4 represents the top of the current generation of APS-C cameras not only in features but also performance. This camera is as equally at home as a stills camera as it is with professional video application. This is the Fujifilm flagship in the X Series.

As someone who found the XT-3 so compelling that I switched camera systems for it, I am extremely excited by this camera.

Not only does this camera offer features that I was hoping for, it demonstrates to me that I bet on the right horse when I moved to Fuji from Nikon.

Fuji listens to their customers in a way other companies just don't, and that makes me really happy to have invested in their system.

You are the best at reviewing cameras without a doubt. Great pitch, good timing, you know exactly what to say and not say about the camera creatively and politically. You don't joke around or mess around and you capture the audience... Good job, it makes me want one right now, the question is how long is the wait in line going to be for this prize winning beauty. Love the fact that the screen flips around to a no screen and makes it look like my old film cameras. Keep up the great work arrr kid :)

I've just pre-ordered it today. I've so far had a great experience with the X-E3 (just like you Ted), and I thought this would be a nice upgrade for improving battery life, AF performance and the benefit of having inbody stabilisation. I've had the chance to test it yesterday, and it felt really good, so I took the plunge. I'm not that fussed about having a full frame camera, but as I do a lot of low light and action shots, I think it will be a camera I'll keep for some time to come. I'll let you know when I finally get my camera :) Great day x

Great real world review thank you. I owned the original Xt1 and photographed about twenty weddings with it before returning to the Canon 5D. I am glad to see that Fujifilm have listened to their customers (as they always seem to) and produced one of the best cameras of 2020. When you showed the XT4 next to the XT3 I was surprised at the size difference. Thanks again for your excellent work, reviews take a lot of hard work.

Picked up a slightly used x-t3 last month as my first Fuji camera, and I AM IN LOVE! The X-T3 will last me a couple of years without a doubt, so I can not wait to pick this up in a few years.

Thanks! Great video. I’d like to see examples of shooting video with Eterna + different shadow, highlight, saturation settings to make “in camera grading profiles”. Also what does HDR mean in terms of video? Extended dynamic range? Is it like HLG? Do overexposed LED lights retain its colour when over exposed (like on many new cameras and phones) or does it just go white? Is the h.265 codec changed and easier to edit, or still heavy on the computer? Is there still a 30 minute recording limit?
