One factor is the power in your kick and other is the right technique. But putting it into practice is alot harder but keep trying and you will get the knack of it. Sometimes you develop your own technique and flow of movements, so just try and never be disappointed because the chance is higher that you will improve.

It's about time someone posted a new goal kick vid, brilliant mate - you've got a professional technique there man, what is the absolute key secret to achieving the loft and distance for the ball to land 10 yards over the halfway line mate? It feels like there's something I'm missing, would you say it's easier to clip the ball or belt thru it? You've only got a short run up and look like you hit the ball very casually, .. so many questions, id love to spend a few hours on the pitch with you great vid hope many view it

I dunno why, but I get the most distance on my goal kicks with a near 45 degree run up and to the side of my strong foot, I get it across the halfway line consistantly, and accurately to my winger or striker

Sir u said on the middle but the view shows its the ball being hit on the bottom part...it was like u peeled it off the ground...Hope the slow motion makes it more clear on the hitting part
